By working with us, the client agrees to abide by and agree to all Terms and Conditions and Community Standards set by external online and social media advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, and any other applicable online or social media advertising platforms used. The client agrees to assume all responsibility for compliance with such Terms and Conditions and Community Standards and agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all liability resulting from non-compliance by the client.
We are a family-friendly service and will not work with any clients or promote any content that uses hateful themes or speech, sexualization, swearing, or any other offensive material. We reserve the right to refuse any services or content that we deem to be offensive or inappropriate. We take our responsibility to provide a safe and family-friendly environment very seriously.
