LUKE MUNNS

FOUNDER | CEO | CREATIVE DIRECTOR | MUSIC PRODUCER

Luke Munns is a Christian Music Producer, Worship Artist, Creative Director, and the Founder of LUKE MUNNS Music.

With over 25 years of experience across worship, music production, creative direction, media, and ministry, Luke has worked with and contributed to projects connected with Hillsong Worship, Hillsong UNITED, Darlene Zschech, Bethel Music, Elevation Worship, Joyce Meyer, Joseph Prince Ministries, and more.

Luke leads the creative vision behind LUKE MUNNS Music, helping Christian artists, worship leaders, churches, and ministries create world-class music with excellence, heart, and Kingdom purpose.

A devoted husband and father, Luke’s life is centred around his faith, family, creativity, and his passion for helping artists carry meaningful songs into the world.

 

 

CRAIG GREEN

CO-FOUNDER | INVESTOR

Craig Green is a Co-Founder and Investor for LUKE MUNNS. He is a highly talented sales and marketing professional with an impressive client portfolio that includes Event Cinemas, McDonalds, Deloitte, ESPN, Subway, KFC, Dominos, Red Rooster, Gloria Jeans Coffees, Travelodge and more.

Craig is a family man and is married with three kids. He lives on the Gold Coast in Australia and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and taking part in outdoor fitness activities.

Craig is passionate about helping others succeed and is always happy to share his knowledge and experience. He is an inspirational figure in the business world and his enthusiasm, creativity and integrity make him a great asset to any business, artist or ministry.


 
 

JONNO WHITE

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Jonno White is a leadership consultant, keynote speaker, author, podcast host, and Certified Working Genius Facilitator based in Brisbane, Australia.

Jonno supports business development, strategic partnerships, leadership clarity, team culture, and growth conversations across music, media, marketing, and ministry projects.

He is the author of Step Up or Step Out, which has sold 10,000+ copies worldwide, and host of Leadership Conversations with Jonno White, with more than 230 episodes and listeners in over 150 countries.

Through his work coaching CEOs, executives, churches, organizations, and leadership teams around the world, Jonno helps leaders build healthy cultures, manage difficult conversations, and create teams that perform at the highest level.


 

ELI RIVERS

LABEL PRESIDENT & ARTIST DEVELOPMENT

Based in the USA, Eli works across artist development, label strategy, copyright, negotiations, releases, contracts, and difficult conversations. He has broad experience working with record labels, entertainment lawyers, creative personalities, and industry matters of all shapes and sizes.

He’s calm, extremely well-informed, and mildly intimidating in the most helpful possible way. Reports suggest Eli hails from the southern San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California, drinks large amounts of coffee, and may or may not possess superhuman knowledge and skills.

 

 

TIMOTHY WHINCOP

LEGAL & GOVERNANCE ADVISORY

LLB, BMus, LLM, MBA, MAICD, ACC In-House Counsel Certified

Tim is the Director of Vocare Law and a highly experienced legal practitioner based in Sydney, Australia. His work focuses on international commercial law, charity law, dispute resolution, governance, and complex legal and business matters across multiple jurisdictions.

With a unique background spanning law, music, business development, record label leadership, company secretarial work, not-for-profit boards, and service in the Royal Australian Navy, Tim brings a rare combination of legal precision, commercial understanding, and music industry insight.

He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, and is also admitted as a Notary Public in NSW.

Tim was formerly Label CEO and Legal General Counsel for Hillsong.


 

PAUL MOSS

DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY | CINEMATOGRAPHER

Paul is a DOP and Cinematographer with 35+ years experience in the Camera Dept, working on TV, Drama & Documentary formats. Owner/operator of the latest Camera & Lens tech.

Paul has a huge wealth of knowledge and experience as DOP of television shows such as MasterChef, Survivor, Biggest Loser, Shark Tank, Married At First Sight, The Bachelor, Farmer Wants A Wife, Donna Hay Christmas and more.


 

JARED HASCHEK

STRING ARRANGER

Jared was born in Melbourne, Australia, and has spent most moments since obsessed with music. His parents started him on piano lessons as a 5-year-old.

As a keyboard player and songwriter in local bands, he had a blank canvas with which to create. New songs and arrangements were there to be discovered, and I was in a great position to try out all his ideas, both good and not-so-good, on his unsuspecting bandmates.

As a string arranger, Jared has been able to contribute to albums by Hillsong Worship, UNITED, Young & Free, Francesca Battistelli, Jeremy Camp, River Valley Worship, Church of the Highlands, Daryl Braithwaite, Meredith Andrews, 5 Seconds of Summer, and 360 just to keep it interesting.

Jared has received a Grammy Award for his string arrangement in ‘What A Beautiful Name’.


 

CHRISTINA MUNNS

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Christina is an experienced and talented graphic designer with an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design.

For over 18 years, she has worked as a Graphic Designer and Stage Designer for countless ministries, including Hillsong and HopeUC (Mark & Darlene Zschech).

With a passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail, Christina consistently produces stunning visual designs that capture the essence of each organization.

Her ability to take complex ideas and turn them into beautiful visual works of art is unparalleled.


 

LEX RIPAS

MARKETING STRATEGIST

Lex is an experienced Sales, Marketing and Account Strategist working with some of the world's leading tech brands, including Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Telstra.

Lex has a proven track record of success in developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies that have helped improve customer retention and growth.

He is highly skilled in creating and managing successful customer relationships and in leveraging data to gain insights into customer behavior - and conversions.


 

CHARU BATRA

FINANCE MANAGER

Charu is our seasoned Financial Manager

With an MBA in Finance and Business Management, she has had extensive and rewarding experience working in the financial and business management departments of some of the leading ministries in the world.

Most notably, she has served as a financial assistant for Mark & Darlene Zschech (4BMEDIA), the renowned Christian worship leader, and as a business management personnel for Joyce Meyer Ministries, the world-renowned Christian ministry.


 

JAY CRUZ

ASSISTANT PRODUCER

Jay supports the LUKE MUNNS Music production team across worship production, arrangement support, multitrack preparation, instrument programming, and creative production details. As a multi-instrumentalist with a strong understanding of modern worship sounds, Jay helps bring depth, energy, and polish to songs as they move through the production process.

With experience across drums, percussion, piano, keys, synths, bass, guitars, vocal textures, ambient layers, and multitrack worship resources, Jay brings a thoughtful and detail-focused approach to production support. His role helps strengthen each project behind the scenes, serving the wider creative direction with musicality, precision, and care.


 

DESIRE EDPAN

ARTIST RELATIONS & ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

Des serves as a key part of the LUKE MUNNS Music team, helping lead artist relations, onboarding, and early-stage communication for new enquiries. She helps create a welcoming and well-supported experience for artists stepping into Christian artist development and label services.

Known for her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, Des brings strong experience in customer support, coaching, training, and service operations. She combines practical excellence with a heart for worship and ministry, helping artists feel seen, valued, and confidently guided from the very beginning.


 

ERIKA DAWN

PROJECT MANAGER

Erika helps keep our projects moving with clarity, structure, and care. Working across artist communication, project timelines, studio bookings, spreadsheets, and internal coordination, she helps make sure artists feel informed, supported, and looked after throughout the production process.

With a strong background in community management, social media, client support, content systems, and project coordination, Erika brings both creative understanding and operational discipline to the team. She is highly experienced in managing communication, tracking moving parts, and building systems that help creative work flow smoothly from first contact through to final delivery.
