Once your payment and final demo are received, we’ll schedule your project in the next available slot in our production calendar.
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritizing artists who’ve confirmed and secured their place. With 50+ active clients and daily submissions, projects are queued intentionally to preserve quality, creativity, and care.
Most songs take between 1 to 3 months, depending on:
Song complexity – Detailed or cinematic productions take more time.
Session availability – We work with top-tier talent, including producers, musicians, and vocalists across four time zones.
We don’t rush excellence. Every track receives full focus and creative energy so that your song sounds world-class, feels anointed, and reaches hearts globally.

What is the step-by-step process for working with us?
We make the process simple and streamlined:
1️⃣ Submit Your Demo – Send us a rough demo, whether it’s just a voice memo with vocals with piano/guitar or a fully produced demo. As long as we can grasp the heart and essence of your song, we’re good to go!
2️⃣ Choose Your Package – Once approved, you can select from our pre-set packages or opt for custom services tailored to your vision and available funds.
3️⃣ Secure Your Spot – Our finance team will send you an invoice. Once paid, your project is officially in our production schedule!
4️⃣ Production Begins – After receiving a solid demo, we’ll schedule your recording session (or help you find a local studio if you're recording remotely).
5️⃣ Project Updates & Final Delivery – You’ll receive regular updates as we produce, mix, and master your track. We work closely with you to ensure you’re absolutely thrilled with the final product!
⚡ Pro Tip: Make sure your demo is in the correct key, has a set tempo (to a click track), and includes chords, melody, lyrics, and full arrangement—this will guide the recording of additional instruments and vocals.
For remote artists, we’ll help you find a trusted local studio to record high-quality vocals (at your own expense).
Can I work with you remotely if I don’t live in Australia?
Absolutely! About 90% of our clients collaborate with us remotely from the USA, UK, and Asia. We’ve even produced full theatre musicals without ever being in the same room!
For remote recording, we help you find a great local studio or guide you through a high-quality home recording setup. Typically, artists book 2-hour sessions per song, recording 5-10 takes along with backing vocals and adlibs. The raw vocal tracks are then sent to us, where we handle all the editing, tuning, mixing, and mastering to bring your song to life.
We make remote collaboration seamless using Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and our trusted network of Christian engineers and studios. If you're unsure where to record, we'll help you find the right place and people.

How do I prepare my song for mixing?
To ensure a smooth and professional mixing process, follow these steps when exporting your tracks:
🎛 1. Export Individual Tracks (Stems)
Convert each instrument and vocal track into a separate, uncompressed audio file.
Preferred formats: WAV or AIF (high-quality, lossless files).
In Logic X, use "Export All Tracks as Audio Files" for an easy export.
⏳ 2. Align All Stems to 0:00
Ensure every track starts at the very beginning (0:00) of the session, even if the part comes in later. This keeps everything in sync on our end.
🔧 3. Remove Processing (If Possible)
Turn off master bus effects, like limiters or compressors, unless they are essential to the sound.
If specific effects are part of your sound (e.g., delay or reverb), feel free to send both a "dry" and "wet" version of the track.
📂 4. Organize & Label Clearly
Name each file logically (e.g., “Lead Vocal.wav,” “Kick Drum.wav,” “Guitar Left.wav”).
Zip everything into a single folder before sending.

How do I prepare my track for mastering?
To get the best results in mastering, follow these steps when exporting your final mix:
🎚 1. Export Your Final Mix
Format: WAV or AIF (high-quality, lossless audio).
Bit depth & sample rate: 24-bit, 48kHz (or whatever your project is recorded at).
🔇 2. Remove Mastering Effects
Turn off any mastering-style plugins or effects on the master channel (limiters, maximizers, multi-band compression, etc.).
If you’ve applied EQ, compression, or saturation as part of the mix, that’s fine—just avoid over-processing the final file.
📩 3. Send Your Mix
Use Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox to send us the file.
💡 Not sure if your mix is ready? No problem! Send it over, and we’ll review it first to ensure it's good to go for mastering.
